Exchange Policy

Guidelines for exchanges:

1. Products may be exchanged within 14 days of date received if they meet the following criteria:

  • Product may not be a customized product or a custom engraved product.
  • Product cannot show any signs of wear and/or tear.
  • PLEASE DO NOT STICK RINGS IN A LETTER ENVELOPE. IT WILL TEAR OPEN AT THE POST OFFICE SORT FACILITY AND YOU WILL LOSE THE RING AND THE COST PAID FOR THE RING.  BUBBLE MAILERS WORK BEST.

2. Shipping & Processing Costs for Exchanges:

  • We do not refund the original shipping cost.
  • If the return is not do to a fault on our end, customers must cover the $5 Minimum- $20 maximum (USA Orders) or $10 Minimum-$60 Maximum (International Orders) reshipping fee. This covers the cost of an insured package according to weight.
  • SORRY, BUT NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

3. Exchanges

    •  Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit. No Cash or Credit Card refunds. No returns on sale items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
